Shipping and Delivery
How is the Woltz Utility Delivered?
The bicycle arrives utilizing a specially crafted pallet, featuring a corrugated cardboard frame and lid to securely encase the bike. All the necessary tools for assembling your bike are thoughtfully included within the package.
Delivery Time
Delhi
It will take 2 days for shipment of your electric bike. The orders are shipped from the local warehouse in Delhi.
Delivery time for parts and accessories is about 1 day. If you have preordered the bike and it is not yet in stock you will get an approximate delivery date depending on the production timeline.
Rest of India
It will take 7-10 days for shipment of your Woltz Utility within India.
Delivery time for parts, accessories, is 3-4 Days. If you have preordered the bike and it is not yet in stock you will get an approximate delivery date depending on the production timeline.

How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we’ll share the tracking ID with you over your email id and other contact details placed on-file at the time of order.

Refund and Cancellations
Return Policy
You cannot return your Woltz Utility or ask for refunds, once you take the delivery of your electric bike.
Is my pre-booking amount refundable on cancellation?
Yes, you will receive your pre-booking amount within 3-5 Business Days, upon cancellation.
Subscription: Refundable Deposits
Upon successful completion of your 3 months subscription of any Woltz Vehicle. Your security deposit will be processed for return within 10 Business Days.
Subscription: Termination Fees
A termination fees of ₹549 will be charged upon cancellation of subscription plan before the contract expires.
